How to play:

There are 2 teams : terrorists ( prisoners ) and counter-terrorists ( guards )
Terrorists must listen and obey the commands that are given by ct's or otherwise they can be killed

Basic Rules
1)All the rules must be obeyed or you will be slayed/kicked/banned.
2)There should never be more officers than prisoners.The officer to prisoner ratio should be 1:3 or 1:2.
3)Do not free kill prisoners.If officer freekill prisoner he must glow him next round,if officer keep free killing he will be transfered or kicked
4)Cells must be opened by 4:00 or that day becomes an unrestricted free day.
5)Officers must state orders before they open cells. Any orders given AFTER the cells are opened are null and void.
6)If cells are opened before orders are given it'll automatically become an unrestricted free day.
7)All officers are required to have microphones.
8)If you don't have a mic, the mic is of bad quality, or too low to hear, then you cannot be an officer.And don't go to ct's or u will be transfered
9)The armory/gun room is always a restricted area. Officers are not allowed to camp this room and prisoners are not allowed in unless they are rebelling.
10)Officers must warn prisoners before killing them unless the prisoner aims a weapon at them or rebels.
11)Officers can kill a prisoner without warning if the prisoner attacks them or attempts to escape,or delay and detour.
12)Officers cannot kill prisoners in their cells unless the prisoner is Away From the Keyboard (AFK), attempting to escape, rebelling, or hiding.
13)Officers are not allowed to give prisoners weapons (a.k.a Gunplanting), unless they are doing a game where a weapon is required
14)Officers are allowed to kill prisoners trying to escape or if the prisoner is in restricted areas like the armory/gun room.
15)Officers are allowed to kill prisoners in which they helped/assisted in killing another officer ( slashed or shot at )
16)Officers are not allowed to taunt a prisoner.Taunting area is 2 foot square.If a prisoner kills an officer who was taunting them, the other officers are not allowed to do anything about it.
17)Officers need to remember that the terrorist's mic is muted. They can only answer questions by text messages.(this rule does not include admins)
18)The current day becomes an unrestricted free day if the clock reaches 0:00 and there are multiple prisoners alive, except on last request.
19)Officers are only allowed the following games: Simon Says, music chairs,last reaction, math, survivor, spelling,/day(special day),trivia, race, stack race, spray contest, unrestricted free day, or restricted free day where the prisoners are only allowed in certain areas.
20)Officers cannot restrict rooms next to each other.
21)On restricted free days officers are limited to restricting one room maximum. This does not include default restrictions
22)If an officer enters the cage , a prisoner can kill him/her without consequences.

[b][color=orange]24)The last prisoner remaining earns a last request . The last request system can be activated with /lr or .lr
25)Officers are not allowed to constantly repeat events. Do a variety of events or risk being transferred to prisoners.
26)There can not be more than three free days in a row. The fourth consecutive free day and beyond are not free days (They'll be treated as Cage Days).
27)Officers are not allowed to restrict rooms or hallways next to the gun room.
28)Admin are not allowed to give themselves free days without reason.
29)Only one officer is allowed to give instructions at any given time!
30)Simon says are required to have count downs to 0 (zero).
31)Officers must give prisoners a reasonable amount of time to reach destinations during non-free days.
32)Be a troll and you are banned.
33)Officers can not to camp in gun room or vents.
34)Gun room is always restricted even if not called.
35)Glitching the cells more then once will result killing.
36)The hidden Grenade Room Box (some1s_jailbreak), KZ/climb areas, and vents are forbidden for Officers and Prisoners on ALL special days (Nightcrawler, Zombie) and may result in a slay/kick.
37)Do not under any circumstance use a word similar to one that will get a terrorist killed, for example saying read light rather then red light. Only drastic differences can be used for example saying blue light. This rule applies for any game, not only red light green light.
38)While in the Jailbreak server, do not idle under the spectator team. Nor should you have any reason to join the spectator team. If you are going to be away, just disconnect from the server. The server can be fully occupied at random times. Being on the spectator team for a period of time (unless you're an admin) may result in a kick and/or ban.
39)There are no consequences for any prisoners slashing/stabbing an officer if the officer is in knifing range as long as they are following the rules. The officer must protect themselves with the rules they give by preventing the prisoner from getting close enough such as no jumping to prevent bunny hopping.
40)If you are playing simon says and the simon tells you go on my right or left table and stay there. You are allowed to jump on the table but if u physcially get off the table meaning if you go touch the ground the officers will kill you.
41)Restricted vents on nightcrawler day, if anyone camps, he/she will be slayed immidiately.
42) If we see you reconnecting and getting a glock by a glitch you will be warned and if you don't listen you will be banned.
43) If simon tells you not to do a command until he says go then just saying "go" is a valid command allowing you to to start the command he had given. If simon clearly specified not to start until "simon says go" then you can not start the command until he says "simon says go"
44) For calling to the cage, just make it simple, like run to the cage, crouch to the cage.
Another thing, A CT is not allowed to give a second command once get in cage.
45) -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------.
46) When playing the map jb_andaman there is no default cage so ct have to say wich cage(inside or outside).
47) There is a maximum of 8 cts allowed in the map vc__jail_electric_large-b3 and cts are not allowed to camp in the lower vents. If they see a t jump down then they can run into vents and kill that t.
48) KZ is restricted on Zombie and nightcrawler days on all maps.
49) If a prisoner point a gun at a Officer, that is consider rebelling and you may kill that prisoner(Does not INCLUDE Shot for shot)
50) Using /shop is legal
60) Vents are unrestricted (Ct must warn prisoner to get out of the vents).Exception is a cage day if ct say no delays no detours he can kill prisoners in vents.

Freedays

There are 3 types of freedays; restricted, unrestricted, and individual.

1)Unrestricted freedays This usually occurs when, cells are not opened by 4:00, no rules are given before the cells are opened, an officer calls unrestricted freeday as rules, cells were glitched open at end of previous round, a prisoner opens the cells before an officer does at the beginning of the round, or at the end of a restricted freeday; when the clock reaches 0:00. During unrestricted freedays, all areas except the gunroom are unrestricted. Officers can not issue orders to prisoners with exception of drop the weapon.

2)Restricted freedays Can only restrict one area and optionally the attached hallway(s), or of a particular action (to perform an action or not perform an action). Restricted freedays end and become unrestricted freedays when the timer reaches 0:00. Officers are not allowed to shoot through closed doors or walls. Officers can not issue orders to prisoners with exception of drop the weapon.

3)Individual freedays Are usually given to prisoners that have been freekilled. The freekilled prisoner has an unrestricted freeday. All areas except the armory and vents are unrestricted to the specified prisoner. Officers can not issue orders to the specified Prisoner with exception of drop the weapon. Prisoners given individual freedays are not to be given items, such as bombs, to signify they are on their individual freeday. If freekilled, the prisoner will receive another individual freeday the following round. If there are two prisoners left at the end of the round, and one has an individual freeday; the officers may declare the prisoner with the freeday to no longer have a freeday and must do some kind of contest so that there will be one prisoner remaining for a last request.

NOTE: DO NOT BEG ADMINS/CT's TO GLOW YOU FOR A FREEDAY. We will grant the freeday if we witness the freekill, or an officer specifies the freekill.

How to play

1)Simon Says Can be played with any number of prisoners. Can only be played after a majority of prisoners have reached the center cage/pool. Simon must declare himself/herself Simon. By saying Simon says were playing Simon says i am Simon only Simon is allowed to talk/give orders. If an officer who isnt Simon gives orders or talks over Simon while an order is being given, prisoners can not be killed for listening or not listening to the order. Once Simon gives a new order, the previous order is void. If Simon did not say Simon Says before giving an order, all prisoners who followed the order can be killed. Trickery is allowed, however if an officer uses any combination of S_M_N that sounds like Simon; the officer can not kill. Simon can say either of the following to end the game: Simon Says Simon Says is over or Simon Says is over. If Simon is killed, Simon Says is automatically over until another officer declares himself/herself as Simon.

2)First/Last Reaction Can be played with any number of Prisoners. An Officer will give one order and one order only. The first/last (respectively) prisoner to follow the command is killed. Only one Prisoner may be killed. If another Officer talks over the Officer giving the order, the order is voided and the Prisoners can not be killed.

3)Trivia Can only be played with 3+ Prisoners. Officer using a microphone or by chat give a common knowledge question. First Prisoner to answer correctly in chat can choose one player to die. If the winning Prisoner chooses an Officer, and the Officer did not specify before starting the game that only Prisoners can be chosen, the chosen Officer can be killed without consequence.

4)SurvivorCan only be played with 3 Prisoners. The 3 Prisoners must vote a player to be killed. Each Prisoner can only vote once. The player with the most votes is killed. If the Prisoners vote for an Officer, and the Officer did not specify before starting the game that only Prisoners can be chosen, the Officer, if having the majority vote, can be killed without consequence.

5)Spray Contest Can only be played with 2 Prisoners. The 2 Prisoners must spray their spray against the designated wall with the given rules (low/high). If the contest is a tie, Officers can redo the contest or play a different game. Officers must designate how to spray before the contest begins. If the Officers fail to designate how to spray, Prisoners may use any means to get their spray higher, including ladders,parachute, boosting, platforms, etc.

6)Red Light, Green Light Can be played with any number of Prisoners. Red = Stop, Yellow = Walk, Green = Run. Officers must designate the starting and ending positions, the consequences of moving on red, running on yellow, and any other rules such as allowing bunny hopping or blocking. Officers must give the Prisoners a chance to react to the command (Officer gives command, Internet Delay, Prisoners Hear Command, Prisoners React, Internet Delay, Officer sees Reaction). There are two possible consequences that can be given for moving on Red or running on Yellow: Prisoners can be killed or Prisoners must move back a short distance from where they were caught. The last Prisoner to reach the ending position will be killed. Officers can use trickery; however Officers can not kill because they didnt say or said something other than Light. Officers do not have to say Light after the color. Officers only need to say Red, Yellow, or Green for the Prisoners to respond to the command.

7)Stack RaceShould be played with at least 2 teams of Prisoners with 2 Prisoners per team. The Prisoners must stack standing on top of their teammates head. The Officers must designate within reason the start and finish positions for the Prisoners to race. Once the race has begun, if a Prisoner falls off his/her teammates head, the entire team dies. The last team to get to the finish will be killed. Game ends if only 1 team is remaining.

CoolHide and seekUsually T's have time until 3 to hide(but ct's can change the time)and if ct's see the t's from the spawn,gunroom,they can kill them.After 7 Ct's are killing on site,last 2 have to report to the cage.

9)King/cell/joke/mcdonald dayPrincipe is the same ct's ask the question and 1. one to answer it correctly is the king,other t's one by one are crouching to the king,dont look in his eyes and give him a present(ore something else ^_^)if king like the present they live,if dont he slash them and the ct have to kill him,mcdonald day:1 ct is mcdonald employee and he take order's from t's,cell day:every t have to make up a funny reason why is he in the jail,or he die,joke day:prisoners tell joke ,if it's funny they live,if not they die.

Standard Rules for the following Last Requests:

Knife Fight
The Prisoner with the Last Request and the designated Officer may perform the Knife Fight anywhere. Slashing and Stabbing are both allowed; you cannot restrict slashing or stabbing only. Any type of “cheap shot” is not tolerated, /lr must be fair for both sides. Doing such will result in the challenger's death (Such as running behind an officer then last second challenging him and knifing him in the back or trying to knife an officer to kill him them and then performing /lr on another officer)

Gun Toss - The furthest a contestant may throw their gun
The Prisoner with the Last Request and the designated Officer shall report to the designated area the challenger has specified. Both participants shall throw from where the challenger has declared. Rules such as throw before hitting the water, couch, floor etc is legal but must be stated before throwing. The challenger or other officers can not block either participant in any way, if blocking occurs, death is permitted without penalty. Same rules apply for both; rules must be fair.

Shot for Shot - Exchanging one bullet at a time; HIT or MISS
The Prisoner with the Last Request and the designated Officer shall report to the area specified by the challenger. Both participants shall take one shot after another on opposite sides of any designated area without crossing over the sides of the designated area or to the other side. The contest continues until one participant is remaining.

/day special day's explanations

NightCrawler day:All Ct's are invisible and they have 150hp,T's have guns and need to stick together in order to kill NightCrawlers.Last t can do /lr if ct's let him
Shark day:All Ct's are sharks,they have 300 hp and noclip(they can go through the walls) and they can't use guns or heal.And T's have awp's
Spartan day: All T's have Deagle's and shields,Ct's have a gun
Deathmatch day:Friendly fire is on,T's have to kill each other,last man standing is a winner and can do /lr.
Lava Day:U have to stay on the spray all the times,Ct's can choose how much people per spray,also Ct's can set the goal:example(first one to go to the pool is going to win,everybody else dies.



Ct's can do: /day-to choose a special day,/glow-to glow t's

T's can: /lr-last request,/shop

Press E to use parachute

The following rule can be loop-holed easily

"15)Officers are allowed to kill prisoners in which they witnessed killing another officer. "


Example:

CT's call a cage day,all t's go to the cage.One Rebels infront of cage.They kill the T that rebels,but he manages to kill one Ct. this rule allows them to kill the ones in the cage that didnt rebel,as they "witnessed" the killing of said officer.


and this rule is not needed in jailbreak

"61)Admin can never abuse his admin"

That rule should be mention in the Admin Rules

well rule 15 should be removed,it should be changed to this...

"15)Officers are allowed to kill prisoners in which they helped/assisted in killing another officer"

this may discourage group rebeling,but it removes the loop-hole
