If you saw someone hacking you must record a demo and rename it to players name .dem , or take some screen shots and post them here.
Make new topic with players name and cheat he was using. example |JohnDoe - speedhack|
And don't forget to report him on forum chat , if any admin can see that he can react fast so the hacker doesen't empty out the server
